Bryan Whatley | B.S. | NSCA-CPT

Bryan is the founder of NexGen Fitness and owner of the Prosper location. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the distinguished National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has been a personal trainer for over a decade and has been very patient and selective in putting together an excellent team of trainers.

Jenny Whatley | M.P.T.

Jenny is the co-owner and a physical therapist who received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma. She loves using her expertise to help clients get results, especially when they need specialized programming due to preexisting injuries or health concerns.

Craig graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in finance. He then went on to complete his M.B.A. at Texas A&M-Commerce. Though his traditional education is in business, his passion has always been fitness. His desire to help others reach their fitness goals made him a perfect fit to be the General Manager for NexGen Fitness. He received his personal trainer certification through the prestigious NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. He has had the opportunity to work with individuals from all walks of life with varying concerns and health issues. He believes that any person with the desire to change their health can do so if they have motivation and guidance.

Beth is a native Texan and veteran personal trainer of 6 years. Her dedication to fitness started as a childhood gymnast, blossoming into educating others on how to also create their journey in health & wellness. Beth’s greatest professional accomplishment does not hone in on one specific moment, yet she expresses that getting to meet and work with all different walks of life is what makes her training style so adaptable. She values being a well-rounded trainer and believes that behavior change adheres with one step at a time. Besides weight training, kickboxing & yoga, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, her Beagle Bosley, Mixed Martial Arts, cooking, and all things music.

For over 11 years, Lonnell has been designing and implementing training programs for individuals of all ages and levels of athletic ability. Playing basketball and competing in track in college, while majoring in business communications, Lonnell realized he had a passion for fitness, health and physical therapy. Lonnell is now devoted to maintaining a positive training atmosphere for all clients. His ability to develop a training plan based on clients goals is unparalleled. No matter if you’re a novice to working out or a professional athlete, Lonnell knows that he can help you obtain your goal.

Karli is a native of San Diego, California and moved to Texas in 2015. As a child, she grew a love for sports and fitness. She was a gymnast and played competitive soccer growing up and has been in a gym since the age of 17 years old. Karli obtained her Certified Personal Trainer certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has since ended her career in the veterinary field to pursue her passion for helping others to reach their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle.

David is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Dallas in 2011. At a very young age he started to develop a passion for sports and fitness. He played competitive hockey, baseball and soccer growing up, and has consistently been in the gym since he was 16 years old. With a passion for fitness and helping others, and years of experience with exercise, David obtained his Certified Personal Training certification as well as his Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification from ACE (American Council on Exercise). Shortly thereafter he quit his career in business and became a full-time personal trainer. He loves seeing the impact that healthy changes can have on a person’s life.

Eddie started working out as a hobby and soon began training family and friends. After graduating high school he knew he wanted to pursue a career that allowed him to share his passion with others. He researched the available certifications before deciding to become certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He currently holds certifications as a NASM-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), NASM-CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and NASM-PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist). In addition he is a TRX Certified instructor as well. Eddie loves helping others, and seeing the changes in their life and happiness is his greatest reward.

Kyleigh graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. From a young age she has been drawn to fitness, nutrition, and helping others. After realizing the fulfillment that she gained from becoming more fit, she decided to share her passion for fitness with others. She obtained her certified personal trainer certificate from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) with the idea that she could help empower others to live an active lifestyle. Kyleigh understands the barriers that exist that prevent people from achieving their fitness goals. Her mission is to help others break down those barriers so they can experience all of the benefits of living an active and healthy lifestyle.
