Bryan is the founder of NexGen Fitness and owner of the Prosper location. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the distinguished National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has been a personal trainer for over a decade and has been very patient and selective in putting together an excellent team of trainers.
Jenny is the co-owner and a physical therapist who received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma. She loves using her expertise to help clients get results, especially when they need specialized programming due to preexisting injuries or health concerns.

Craig graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in finance. He then went on to complete his M.B.A. at Texas A&M-Commerce. Though his traditional education is in business, his passion has always been fitness. His desire to help others reach their fitness goals made him a perfect fit to be the General Manager for NexGen Fitness. He received his personal trainer certification through the prestigious NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. He has had the opportunity to work with individuals from all walks of life with varying concerns and health issues. He believes that any person with the desire to change their health can do so if they have motivation and guidance.

Beth is a native Texan and veteran personal trainer of 6 years. Her dedication to fitness started as a childhood gymnast, blossoming into educating others on how to also create their journey in health & wellness. Beth’s greatest professional accomplishment does not hone in on one specific moment, yet she expresses that getting to meet and work with all different walks of life is what makes her training style so adaptable. She values being a well-rounded trainer and believes that behavior change adheres with one step at a time. Besides weight training, kickboxing & yoga, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, her Beagle Bosley, Mixed Martial Arts, cooking, and all things music.
